2. Description of Service

StandOut Vacations provides luxury vacation rental booking services and curated travel experiences. We act as an intermediary between property owners and guests, facilitating bookings and providing concierge services.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
• A deposit may be required to secure your reservation
• Full payment is typically due 30 days before arrival
• Booking confirmations will be sent via email

3.2 Pricing

• All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified
• Prices may vary based on season, demand, and special events
• Additional fees may apply for concierge services, cleaning, and taxes

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation by Guest

• Cancellations 60+ days before arrival: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
• Cancellations 30-59 days before arrival: 50% refund
• Cancellations less than 30 days before arrival: No refund
• Cancellations due to extraordinary circumstances will be reviewed case-by-case

4.2 Cancellation by StandOut Vacations

In the rare event we must cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund plus assistance in finding alternative accommodations.

5. Guest Responsibilities

• Treat all properties with respect and care
• Comply with property rules and local laws
• Do not exceed maximum occupancy limits
• Report any damages or issues immediately
• No smoking, unless explicitly permitted
• No pets, unless explicitly permitted
• No parties or events without prior approval

6. Liability and Insurance

Guests are responsible for any damages to property during their stay. We recommend travel insurance. StandOut Vacations' liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Force Majeure

StandOut Vacations is not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or travel restrictions.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
